In-store pickup is available Monday - Saturday, 9am - 4pm. Choose the day you'd like to pickup your order during checkout. An email will also be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 1 hour if placed during store hours, otherwise upon opening the next business day. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements. Store pickup is free.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS or UPS for WASHLET. Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, but not guaranteed.

Toilets are shipped by Young Brothers in 7 days for in-stock items. Shipment typically available 2 days after docking. All shipments are sent C.O.D. No delivery fee to Young Brothers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
THE BATHROOM STORE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE FOR A REFUND (OR EXCHANGE) ONLY IF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
1. All merchandise must be returned 7 DAYS AFTER the date of purchase.
2. The Customer must provide the original invoice or other satisfactory proof of purchase from The Bathroom Store.
3. All returned merchandise must be “UN-OPENED” and shall not be damaged, dirty or used.
4. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with its original packing material, accessories, guarantees, manuals and warranty cards.
5. NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.
